Sauvignon Blanc
The sauvignon blanc grape is made with an amazing variety of styles ranging from the dry and crisp to the rich and lush. The Neil Ellis sauvignon blanc is ripe with tropical fruit and a creamy texture. It has fine acid to balance the big fruit and is a wine that will pleasantly linger on your palate for a very long time. For those that prefer a bone dry white wine with more traditional flavors of the sauvignon blanc, wines from the Bordeaux region are quite dry with notes of grass and a clean finish.
